When Craig started the business in 1998 he saw the need to help customers by simplifying the booking process. Back then he achieved this by phone and fax, but he knew that the internet was changing things and he could do a lot better.

Along the way Craig and Iain have put together a team of great software developers who understand the importance of building systems that customers enjoy using.
But it's not all about the technical side; owning and running a family business means that both brothers understand the value of relationships... long term. The business's online extranet software is used by many key hotels belonging to Radisson, Park Inn, Barcelo, Best Western, Thistle, Jurys, Principal Hayley, Britannia, as well as many great independent properties.
